DayZ server guides

A DayZ Discord bot that knows your server

The Blxckforge bot reads your Nitrado DayZ server's logs and turns them into a Discord your players want to check: a killfeed, leaderboards, their own stats and, if you want them, server money, bounties and factions.

Feeds from your server's own logs

Choose a channel for each feed. Everything comes from the admin log, so nothing is guessed.

  • Killfeed and death feed, with picture cards on paid plans
  • Joins and leaves, server status and restarts
  • Hourly to monthly leaderboards
  • Live player map, base alarms, raid windows and combat logging alerts on paid plans

Slash commands for players and staff

Players link their in-game name with /link, then check /stats, /leaderboard, /wallet and /faction. Staff warn, ban, whitelist and restart from Discord, and players can open tickets and appeals that land in your moderation centre.

Every staff action is recorded with who did it and why.

Community features when you want them

On paid plans the bot runs server money earned from kills and playtime, bounties paid only on a confirmed PvP kill, a trader staff hand over in game, challenges, and factions with roles, private channels and territory.

Common questions

Is the DayZ Discord bot free?

The killfeed, death feed, join and leave log, server status, a weekly leaderboard, player linking and moderation are free. Picture cards, faster posting, more feeds and the community features come with the Server plan.

How quickly do kills show up?

Blxckforge reads the log every couple of minutes. Free feeds post in five-minute batches; paid plans post every two minutes.

Can players ping each other or the whole server through the bot?

No. Mentions are switched off in everything the bot posts, so a player's name can't ping anyone.

Does it need administrator rights in Discord?

No. It asks only for what it uses: posting in the channels you choose, plus Manage Roles and Manage Channels if you turn on faction tags and private faction channels.
