Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Innercity Studios Limited ("we", "us"), the company that makes and runs Blxckforge. By creating an account or using Blxckforge you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Innercity Studios Limited is registered in England and Wales (company number 16019946). Registered office: 54 Maloren Way, West Moors, Ferndown, BH22 0BQ, United Kingdom. Contact us at support@blxckforge.com.
2. Your account
- You need a free account to use the tools. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy a subscription.
- Give accurate details, and use an email address you can receive mail at: we send security and billing emails there.
3. Connecting Nitrado and Discord
- You may only connect Nitrado servers and Discord servers that you own or are authorised to manage.
- When you ask Blxckforge to change something (restart a server, save a file, ban a player, post to Discord), it does so with your authority. Check changes before confirming them; Blxckforge keeps backups of files it saves, but you're responsible for your server.
- Staff you invite act on the servers you choose, with the role you give them. You can change or remove their access at any time in Account > Access.
- The Blxckforge Discord bot posts only the feeds you switch on, to channels you choose. Posts can include players' in-game names, weapons, distances and map links, so choose carefully who can see those channels. You're responsible for your Discord server and its rules, and for following Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- If you rename the bot in your Discord, don't use a name that pretends to be Discord, Bohemia Interactive, Nitrado, Blxckforge staff or another person or community.
- When you add the bot you choose its permissions. Standard access (View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links) is the default. If you choose Full access, you're granting Discord's Administrator permission so the bot can post in every channel without per-channel role setup. You choose this yourself and can remove it at any time. Blxckforge only uses the bot's access for what the Privacy Policy describes (posting, replying to commands, ticket messages, listing channels and its own nickname). It never uses it to read messages, change roles, kick or ban members, delete messages or change your server's settings.
- You're responsible for who in your Discord can manage the bot and see the channels it posts in. We're not responsible for changes made to your Discord server by its own members or staff, or by other bots or apps.
- Blxckforge depends on Nitrado's and Discord's services. If they change, limit or stop working, some features may not work, and we're not responsible for their services.
4. Plans, subscriptions and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing. The Server and Pro plans are monthly subscriptions at the price shown before you check out. Pro may include a free trial; you're only charged when it ends, unless you cancel first.
- Subscriptions are sold by Innercity Studios Limited and paid through Stripe. They renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Account > Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your servers, settings and data are kept.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. Paid features stay on for a short grace period, then pause until payment is made.
- We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
5. Your right to cancel (UK consumers)
If you're a consumer, you can cancel a new paid subscription within 14 days of buying it and get a refund. Because you start using paid features straight away, we may deduct an amount for the time you had them. To cancel, cancel in Account > Billing and email support@blxckforge.com asking for the refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Blxckforge to break the law or anyone else's rules, to harass people, to access servers or accounts that aren't yours, to interfere with Blxckforge, Nitrado or Discord, or to scrape or resell the service. Community features (currency, bounties, faction treasuries and areas, trader) use virtual credits with no cash value; they can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money. Trader orders and areas factions hold are records on Blxckforge: nothing changes in the game automatically, and the server's staff decide how they're honoured.
7. Using the Discord bot
You don't need a Blxckforge account to use the bot's commands in a Discord server, but by using them you agree to use them fairly: don't make false reports, use bot features to harass other players, or try to cheat the virtual economy. The server's staff run their own server and can act on its rules. We can stop the bot responding to anyone who abuses it. How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Your content and players' data
Files, settings and text you add stay yours; you let us store and process them to run the service. Your server's logs include your players' in-game names, IDs and activity. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to process them and for telling your players, for example in your server rules. Public leaderboard pages are off until you publish them, and never show players' DayZ IDs or locations. See the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Blxckforge running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features. If we make a change that significantly reduces a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by Nitrado, Discord, Stripe or your own changes to your server. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that time, or £50 if more. If you're a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services not carried out with reasonable care and skill; these terms don't affect them.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using Blxckforge at any time; email us to have your account deleted. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
12. Changes to these terms
We'll email you about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using Blxckforge after that, the new terms apply.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there. Please contact us first; most problems can be sorted quickly.
