Tools for DayZ console servers on PlayStation and Xbox

Console DayZ servers on Nitrado can't run mods or in-game admin tools, so owners end up editing XML in the file browser and reading logs by hand. Blxckforge is built around that: it reads your server's logs and files through Nitrado and gives you the admin tools consoles are missing.

Made for console limits

Nothing is installed on the server and no mods are needed. Everything works from the logs and files Nitrado already keeps for PlayStation and Xbox servers.

  • A live killfeed and death feed in Discord, with weapons and distances, from the admin log
  • Bans and the whitelist by PSN name or Xbox gamertag
  • Loot, events, weather and starter kits edited in a proper editor instead of the file browser
  • Scheduled restarts with countdown messages players see in game
  • Raid windows: base damage switched on and off for your raid times on paid plans

Link Discord members to their PSN or Xbox name

Players type /link with their in-game name, then salute in game. Blxckforge spots the salute in the server log, which proves the name is theirs. PlayStation and Xbox players can also link with the account they've connected to Discord.

Once linked, players get their own stats, can join factions and use server money, and staff can find them by Discord name.

Starter kits for console spawns

Build spawn gear with a visual editor, set how worn each item is and what goes in the hotbar, and Blxckforge writes the JSON and points cfggameplay.json at it.

Common questions

Does it work on PS5, PS4 and Xbox?

Yes. It works with Nitrado DayZ servers on PlayStation and Xbox, as well as PC. Console servers are the main reason it exists.

Do I need mods or FTP?

No. Blxckforge reads and writes through Nitrado's API. The free editors download a file for you to upload; on paid plans they save straight to the server.

How do players prove which PSN name is theirs?

They type /link in Discord with their name and then salute in game. The salute appears in the server log, so only the person playing that character can complete it.

Which maps are supported?

Chernarus, Livonia, Sakhal and Nasdara have full map support, including the live player map and territory grid. Other maps work for feeds and editing.
